"I really like how easy the attachments…"
I really like how easy the attachments are to switch out, and you get enough options for legs, arms, and hips that it feels more useful than I expected. I’ve been using it after workouts, and it’s been solid overall. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that the fit can take a little adjusting sometimes, but once you get it set up right, it’s simple to use

"Fast Shipping, Just a Small Box Dent"
I ordered from normatecrecovery.com and, for anyone else wondering about shipping, it was smooth. My package showed up in about 3 days, and the tracking updated normally the whole time, so I wasn’t left guessing. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because the box had a small dent when it arrived, but luckily nothing inside was damaged. Overall, I think most customers would be happy with how quickly it got delivered.

"Strong pressure once you get the hang of it"
I was actually surprised by how intense the compression felt at first. After a tough run, that strong pressure feels really satisfying, but the first time I used it, it was almost a little too much for me. I turned the intensity down and felt way more comfortable, so I think it just takes a bit of trial and error. Overall, it works well and leaves my legs feeling better, I just wish the settings were easier to adjust because that part can be a little frustrating.

"A bit harder to use than it should be"
I found the site a little confusing to navigate. It took me longer than expected to find what I was looking for, and the checkout process felt kind of clunky. It does work, but the whole experience could be a lot smoother. it feels like a preventable issue with a few usability improvements.

"Felt nice... but didn’t do much for me!!"
I bought these hoping they’d help with my sore calves after long work days!!! They actually felt nice while I was using them, so I was hopeful at first... but the relief didn’t last long at all. The pain came back quickly, which was disappointing!! For the price, I really expected a bit more. Maybe they work better for other people, but for me, they just didn’t give much relief.

They did sort out my warranty issue quickly and without much hassle, which I appreciated. That said, I kind of felt misled going into it because the process wasn’t as clear as I expected.

"More Portable Than I Expected"
I’ve been happy with how portable the Normatec is. I wasn’t expecting it to be something I’d actually want to bring along to races or weekend trips, but the case is decent and it’s easy enough to toss in the car. It’s not exactly tiny and still takes up a bit of room, so don’t expect it to disappear into your bag, but compared to what I had in mind, it’s been really handy to travel with.

It works fine overall, and at first I thought it was solid, well, actually the more I used it, the casing started to feel kind of cheap. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely noticeable.

I got it up and running fast and didn’t have to read much at all. Everything connected really easily, and the instructions were clear enough to follow without overthinking it. It’s just nice, nice when something works right away and doesn’t turn into a whole project.

"Battery could be better"
I do like using it, but the battery life has been disappointing. It drains faster than I expected, and I keep having to plug it in way more often than I thought I would. I was hoping for—well, I guess for the price, I just expected it to hold a charge longer. It’s not terrible, just kind of annoying.

I tried the Normatec Recovery app and it connected quickly, which was nice. I didn’t really have to dig through settings or anything, just opened it up and started using it. It’s been stable for me so far, and that’s pretty much what I was hoping for, so...

"Actually helped my legs recover faster"
I don’t have a ton of patience for recovery stuff, so I was glad this was easy to set up and didn’t feel like a whole project. After my runs, my legs felt fresher and recovery seemed quicker than usual. I’d definitely use it again.

I had a question about my order and expected to wait forever, but they got back to me so fast it felt almost unbelievable. The person was really friendly too, and actually answered my question instead of sending some lifeless copy-paste reply. It made the whole thing so easy, like a tiny customer service miracle. I’d definitely use them again.

"Quiet Enough for Night Use"
I’ve been using my Normatec boots in the evenings, and I’m impressed with how quiet they are. They’re not completely silent, but the noise is low enough that I can still watch TV or have a normal conversation while they’re running. It’s not distracting or annoying at all, which is a big win for me.
